How safe is the Fashion Island overpass for biking in San Mateo, CA?

I was wondering how safe the Fashion Island Blvd/Highway 101 overpass is. From the Google Maps and Local Live, I can’t tell if there is a bike lane or an entire separated bike path. Does anyone have experiencing biking from the Hayward Station train to Bridgepointe using this overpass?
