I have a 2003 Muskin 24′ x 48″ round above-ground pool. I also have the liner, cover, solar cover, hayward filter, sand filter and Ultra 2000 Ladder. It came with the house and I don’t want it. How much do these things go for when someone has to come take it down?

I have a hayward sand filter. I took the motor inside to the basement, but the filter is too heavy to move. Where should I store it. Can I store it in the shed? What if I get a grill cover and leave it outside? Is that an option?
I called the manufacturer and they actually said I can leave the sand filter outside so long as i drain it and put it in the winter position. they said i should not cover it because that will cause condensation and could lead to rust of internal parts. sunlight does not affect it at all. thanks anyway.

We are looking to move because we are currently living in a house with other people and the land lord is a slum lord. Our credit is not the greatest and we are looking to move by December and need someone to work with us on the deposit and credit check. Both my husband and I are working full time and can afford $1200 a month. We need at least a 2 bedroom and would really like to stay in the Hayward area as my oldest daughter just started Kindergarten. I just bought a HAYWARD SP2605X7 Super Pump 3/4HP pool pump. It can be used on either a 115vac or 230vac line and the one I am replacing was previously using 115vac.
Now the pump comes pre-configured for 230vac and a sticker on the side says “to use 115vac, see maintenance manual for electrical configuration.”
The problem is i cannot find this maintenance manual anywhere online. i need the electrical configuration so i can wire this pump to work with the existing 115vac line.
Can anyone help?
