If you have a military surplus store near you, get several cases of MRE’s. They don’t taste bad, and they last a LONG time. Also canned and packaged goods that do not need refridgeration or much prep work. Everyone says to store water, but a good camping water filter ensures a steady supply.

while MRE’s are a good idea they are a little expensive.
canned goods and canned meats are your best bet. get what ever you like and make sure they don’t expire. rotate stock from storage to kitchen and replace.as needed
