My pump is working well, but will not vacuum. As soon as I hook up the vacuum, the pump slows down and no filterering or suction happens. Seems like the pumps just slows down and does nothing. Is it an air leak, or motor problem?

The pump to lose prime heres their website.
The pump runs ok wo the pump losing prime doubt that pool vac hoses prefilter etc also if the pool vacuum would affect anything electrical if the pool vacuum would affect anything electrical if the pump runs.
