For those in the San Francisco Bay Area (East Bay specifically), which location would be the easiest (and least busy) to take the driving test: Oakland Coliseum location or Hayward location? I’ve already had one test a year or so back at the Oakland Clairmont location. That area was really busy, and I was nervous so I didn’t pass. Also, is morning the best time to take the test?
