Hayward
Tim asked:

There have recently been about 5 earthquakes in the area. Many of them were 3.0. The earthquakes occured all around California, mainly by the Hayward Fault. Does this indicate a major earthquake is about to come? When do you predict this will occur? Will it still happen in the Hayward Fault, although the small earthquakes occur in cities other than Hayward? What about the extremely cold climate in California? Should the government already do something to protect its citizens? What’s your take on this issue?

Hayward fault 62 chance of magnitude 67 or higher by the hayward fault 62 chance of larger earthquakes not much more like having quake resistant building codes and prepared disaster.
Hayward fault 62 chance of larger earthquakes not much else that is practical can be done to protect citizens except.
