Many years back I lived in Hayward CA and it was a nice middle class place but I was back there a few weeks ago and it has turned into a dump!It was kind of scary and ghetto like it really blew me away how an area can change so much.
I hear the crime is bad and its just not the same place it was and its really a shame does anyone know when this all this decline into ghetto town started?
