mendota Mill might be the name of this oil painting.it is a painting of a mill like barn with smoke comming out of the chimmy and old wheel in front left,also a lake with the reflection of the mill and trees with fall follage, their is a printed signature of Peter Hayward in black color in the lower left corner,also it is 22 by 22 and has a #2139 on the back in pencil,its in a brown fram with gold like trim.any info on how to futher my information please follow up, god bless you
