The only setting I know for sure is the backwash setting. Could someone help me out with the settings, either clockwise from the backwash or whatever. Thanks in advance.

I have a Hayward Perflex EC40 pool filter. The finger tubes are leaking DE pool filter media back into the pool. Those darn tubes cost $3 a piece, and there is 72 of them in the filter. The fabric is opened up on some of them causing leaks and poor filtration. Has anyone re-covered those tubes before?
